The March For Marriage is on in Dublin on Sunday 14th August 2011 at 3pm by
city hall at the top of Parliament street.
So to get Munsters voice across we are heading up that morning and coming
back down that evening.
We are leaving from the Aircoach bus stop onPatrick’s Quay at 9am on the 14th and back down on the 7pm bus.
Return tickets are €22.

We will be making banners for the March and having a Coffee Posse on
Saturday the 13th of August at 3pm in the Other Place. Do come and we will
make awesome posters. . . . . . nobody wants to March with a group with lame
posters. . . . .

New year; new commitee, new website design!
To ring in the new college year (beginning on September 21st for those of you who’ve been living under a rock all summer), along with our brand new committee, we’ve redesigned our website.
Like last year, we’ll be updating the website regularly with each new weekly event, be that debates, karaoke nights, days out to the moon…you know, just the usual you’ve come to expect from the society.
The tentative date for our first event is September 30th….stay tuned!

Well, that’s technically a lie. We’ve no pennies. But we still want to know what you think. As we move into the final stretch for the society’s activities this year, we want to ask you:
-Any suggestions for events we can hold before the college year is out?
-Anything we’ve done well this year?
-And stuff we’ve fallen down on.

Remember, we exist to serve the LGBT community within UCC. If we’re not doing that, then we’re failing you! We’re open to any and all suggestions to make it better.

In order to allow members to know exactly what we’re up to, we’ve organised a number of ways in which you can stay in touch with the society.
-A regular email list sent out to all members which you can sign up to
-An RSS feed for the website which can be added to your browser or RSS widget on your computer
-Webtext
-Our Twitter feed which can be added to your blog/bebo or sent to your mobile phone
-Our bebo page
-Not to mention the posters that are put around campus advertising the society’s event for the coming week.
